Cristian Rudic

Born in Arad, Cristian Rudic graduated in 1995 the Music Faculty within West University from Timișoara at Emil Rotundu class and later at K.S. Alfredo Kraus and K.S. Gottfried Hornik masterclass.

 

Also in 1995 wins the 3rd Price at the "Hariclea Darclèe" International Singing Contest from Brăila.

 

Since the 3rd grade of the Music Faculty, he made his debut on the National Opera House from Timisoara stage with baritone roles in major opera titles from the institution repertory, followed by an enrichment of sacred music and vocal-symphonic repertory.

 

The major international collaborations include with the Europa Symphony Orchestra from Austria, Baden Staatsoper, Austria, Mozartorchester – Musikverein – Wien – Austria, "Peter Galdos" Theater from Las Palmas, Spain, Philharmonic Orchestra from Bilbao, Spain, Teatro de la Zarzuela, Madrid, Spain,  Niederösterreichische Tonkünstler, Austria,  Konzerthause Wien, Austria, Graz Staatsoper, "St. Gallen" Opera, "Nomori" Opera House from Tokio, Japan, Neue Oper Wien, Austria.

 

Also, in Romania, Cristian Rudic collaborated with "Transilvania" Philharmonic Orchestra, "Banatul" Philharmonic Orchestra, Arad Philharmonic Orchestra, "George Enescu" Philharmonic Orchestra from Bucharest, Iasi Philharmonic Orchestra, Brasov Philharmonic Orchestra, National Opera House from Bucharest, National Opera House from Constanta and many more.

In 2003, Cristina Rudic received from the President of Romania, the title: Cultural Merit of Romania, Knight rank.

The National Opera House from Timisoara, Romania is a cultural public institution subordinated to the Ministry of Culture, his activity being held on annual artistic seasons, performing opera, operetta, ballet and opera for children performances, at home as well abroad.  The National Opera House from Timisoara was establishing through Royal Decree no. 254/31st of March, 1946. The very first manager was Aca de Barbu.
